Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not ship any items to the manufacturer or to any fulfillment center unless specifically instructed.
Because we use print-on-demand production partners, the correct return address may vary depending on where your order was fulfilled.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Who covers return shipping costs?
- If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product → we cover the return cost.
- For all other returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind) → the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item first. After your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase.
Refunds
